I just go my ultrason result and those are the finding. I did not understand what does it mean?

1. Myomatous uterus.
2. Posterior shadowing perhaps reflective of calcification(s) involving the left ovary, a nonspecific finding. An MRI of the female soft tissue pelvis can be considered for further evaluation if this is deemed appropriate on clinical grounds.
3. No significant free fluid within the cul-de-sac suggested.
4. No gross abnormality seen at the right lower quadrant.
