What Does This Ultra Sound Sonography Finding Indicate?
i am 7 weeks pregnant. but last 3 days before i saw some white discharge and spotting. my doctor told me to USG and as a result i see non viable early intrauterine pregnancy about of 7 weeks + 2 days of gestational age without obvious foetal cardiac activity . so what can I do right now. is there any hope for baby. please answer me.

I understood your problem..
As per USG report there is no cardiac activity. However, you can get done repeat scan after 1 week. Even transvaginal scan is also accurate.. So wait till then and revert back.
