Hello, Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Asad Riaz, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem. lower placement of placenta in medical language called Placenta Previa lit is an anormal placemnet of placenta in which it is attch to lower part o futerus that covering mouth so taht interfering with normal delivery of uterus...this y u r advised to have c section n avoid complication for both maternal n fetus..betnesol is steroid inj given to mature fetus lung n given to all femaes in which premature baby delivery is necessary ...this can have side effects like GIT prob ncluding nausea n vomiting ulcer etc,this is not nrma;..for this u need soft diet n took aniemetic see ur physician for further continuation of medicine or for chnaging it if necessary...
