What Does This Ultrasonography Signify?

Hi, yesterday we had done for b-mode ultrasonography of gravid uterus scan for my spouse. i got the following results. Can you please explain the current situation of pregnancy as normal? Maternal : Cervix measured 3.3 cms in length BPD : 50 mm (20 weeks 4 days) mediscan HC : 181 mm(20 weeks 4 days) Hadlock AC : 158 mm (20 weeks 4 days) Hadlock FL : 35 mm (21 weeks 4 days) Altman-Chitty Presentation - Unstable Lie. Placenta - Anterior and not low lying. Liquor - Normal Umbilical Cord - Umbilical Artery Doppler Normal Fetal Activity Present Cardiac activity present Fetal Heart Rate - 150 BPM Estimated Fetal Weight according to BPD, HC, AC, FL - 388+/- 38.8 gms. Impression : Single live intra uterine pregnancy 20 weeks 6 days with Adequate Liquor Gestational age corresponds to LMP Fetal Echo is adviced to rule out all cardiac anomalies. LMP Date is 19.07.2016. Kindly tell me if we have any complications in her pregnancy.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be inferred from the ultrasound scan report you have furnished.
1. Length of the cervix is normal.
2. Attachment of placenta is proper.
3. Biophysical parameters of the fetus is proper for gestational age.
4. Fetal heart rate is normal.
5. Fluid surrounding the fetus is adequate.
6. Fetal weight is also proper.
Hence, at this stage, the report can be considered as normal as gestational age is corresponding to LMP.
Anomaly scan has been advised, which you need to get it done to rule out the presence of congenital anomalies.
Kindly take care of nutrition and antenatal care as advised.
