What Does This Ultrasound And Blood Report Indicate?
Ultrasound report - Mild hapatomegaly with fatty infiltration. Slightly enlarged and hypoechoic pancreas. Blood report Serum alkaline phosphatase 327. Serum amylase 137. Serum lipase 50. My physician treatment given me- Tab- pancreatin minimicrospheres Capsules 10000 bd pc Tab- ursodiol 300mg.bd pc Tab- pantoprazole DSR cm This treatment sufficient or not please inform me or any dengurous signs of my report please inform me.
According to the ultrasound result you are taking some pancreatic enzymes and liver protectors by your doctor. I agree with this treatment. However if after your condition does not improve than you should do aN abdominal CT . Please discuss with your doctor
