What Does This Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

ultrasound impression: Retroflexed uterus, limiting evaluation. heterogeneous myometrial echogenicity. No definite discrete myometrial lesion identified the myometrial echogenicity appears heterogeneous but is suboptimally assessed due to the retroflexion. Please explain. THANK YOU

your uterus is retroflexed otherwise all findings are normal.
retroflexed means the uterus is tipped posteriorly.
it is sometimes a normal finding in elderly.
it can be treated by-
manual repositioning,
passery,
laparoscopically.
please consult a gynaecologist with the report.
