What Does This Ultrasound Report During 32 Weeks Pregnancy Mean?

Hi I just do my ultrasound and results is cardiac activity/ present. M mode cardiac heart rate 154 l. Presentation: cephalic at the time of seen. Liquor- adequate. Spine- n. Placenta- Fundo Anterior. Gestational age - 32 weeks 5 days. EDD 15-10-15. Ovary- Efw-2.03kg is this fine report or something going rong please guide me

The ultrasound scan report is normal and nothing to worry about.
Heart rate of the fetus with 154 beats per minute is normal. Placenta is on the upper and towards the front side in the uterus, which is also proper. Cephalic presentation of fetus means that head is lying lower down, which is normal with normal spine. Weight of the fetus is around 2 Kgs, which is also proper. Liquor is the fluid surrounding the fetus, which is adequate.
According to the scan, it says your pregnancy is 32 weeks and 5 days and expected date of delivery is 15th October 2015. This may happen a +/- a week or 10 days, depending on the progress of your pregnancy at term.

Relax and continue with proper antenatal care. Eat healthy food and take good quantity of water.
