Hello and welcome to HCM, The ultrasound report shows presence of a singleton pregnancy which is growing appropriately for age. There is presence of bicornuate uterus. Bicornuate uterus is a structural anomaly of uterine cavity wherein the uterine cavity has two cavities instead of one and has a septa to divide it into two. Presence of two cavities may interfere with growing fetus thus regular monitoring of the pregnancy and regular gynecological examination is required.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
