What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?
Hello Dr I m pregnant.my yolk sac diameter is about 8.4×4.3mm. Maturity size which is less than expected at 7wks.4ds.period of amenorrhoea but no fetal node or fetal cardiac pulsation seen. The gestation sac measures about 10.6mm. Plz tell me what I do???? I m so weak what I drink for weight gain..

Absence of fetal pole in USG... suggests a blighted ovum (only chemical pregnancy without the formation of the fetus).
I feel you should get the diagnosis confirmed (by repeat USG) & go for the evacuation of the uterus...with the help of your treating gynecologist.
