What Does This Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

My pregnancy ultrasound showing there is no fetal node and no fetal cardiac pulsations and only sac with 2.3 cm. My last period was on 16-11-2016, but as per the ultrasound scan I am only 6 weeks and 2 days pregnancy. Normally I have irregular period. What I have to do?

sometimes due to wrong dates or irregular menstrual cycle it is difficult to ascertain the duration of pregnancy.
ultrasound may not show the findings appropiate for gestational age.
This looks like the case you are having.
please repeat ultrasound after 2wk to confirm viability of the pregnancy.
please take folic acid tablet daily.
please consult your gynaecologist for further advice on continuing with pregnancy.
if pregnancy does not show normal growth/ or no growth on follow up it's advisable to terminate pregnancy.
