Hello

USG findings suggests Placenta is situated in posterior region of the uterus and it is touching the internal os with grade I maturity.
There are maximum chances of migration of placenta as patient is having early pregnancy. In most of the cases,it moves away of internal os with advancement of pregnancy.
Patient should have follow up scan to detect the shift of placenta.
Patient should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.

Rest of the findings are normal.
BPD(Bi parietal diameter)measures 3.1 cm corresponds to 15 weeks.
FL(Femur length)measures 1.7 cm corresponds to 14 weeks.

Fetal heart rate is 159 beats/min.
Liquor is adequate.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
