What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi im 24 yr.old and 34 weeks pregnant last feb.17,2015..The result of my ultrasound yesterday: pregnacy uterine,35 weeks and 1 day (+3 weeks) by fetal biometry,cephalic presentation.Adequate amniotic fluid volume. (AFI = 14.0 cm).Right anterior placenta,grade II,high lying.The estimated fetal weight is within the 10th - 90th percentile of the normal growth curve pattern for a 33 - 34 week fetus.BPD:8.6 cm / HC : 32.7cm / AC:29.8cm / FL:6.8cm / Ave.Ultrasonic Age: 35 weeks and 1 day / EDC: 3/25/2015. What does it mean?thank you!

Mem first of all congratulations for this...n your report is totally normal...you carry very healthy baby in uterus...by uterine biometry pregnancy is 35 week around n by fetal biometry also match this by ultrasonic findings...n like bpd,hd,ac,fl etc...plus fluid around fetus n in uterus is also in normal range that is indicated by afi...n placenta location in uterus is right side on anterior wall so you have great chance for normal vaginal delivery...
