'GS' stants for gestational sac. It indicates pregnancy. Appearance of foetal pole can be picked up by ultrasound between 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy. Hence it is advisable to get a scan done in about 2 weeks, which would confirm your pregnancy. Other findings appears to be normal.
