What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I have single gsin the fundl part shows in uterus.Gs is 5 wks 0 days with normal outline.yolk sac is seen but no foetal pole is seen.internal Is.is closed.and no evidence of adnexal mass.no fluid collection in pelvic cavity.and no E/o.corpus luteal cyst on sides overlies.

'GS' stants for gestational sac. It indicates pregnancy. Appearance of foetal pole can be picked up by ultrasound between 6 to 8 weeks of pregnancy.
Hence it is advisable to get a scan done in about 2 weeks, which would confirm your pregnancy.
Other findings appears to be normal.
