Experiencing more cramping and pain throughout the month. Has an ultrasound that showed adenomyosis, free fluid, scar tissue suspicious for endometriosis and paraovarian cyst.I had the mirena iud placed in February and had bleeding and pain for 6 months.had an us to check iud placement and it was in the correct position I continue with moderate cramping and this is the first month finally without bleeding. What are the next steps?
