Ultrasound result says medial to both ovaries are tubulocyatic structures with incomplete septations, anechoic right measuring 2.93x1.41cm and left measuring 2.88x1.04cm probably dilated segments of bilateral fallopian tubes versus dilated parametrial vessel
The status of the ultrasound report indicates benign issue of cyst development most likely. However, a tube swelling may be in concern with previous tubal ligation procedure, tubal infection through some sort of bacterial or fungal infection or else.
