What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

i experienced some pain in left abdomen. ultrasound showed 2 stones of 3 mm in upper and mid left calyx. Also 2 stones of 3 mm in mid and lower right calyx. Doctor says its a minor problem as stones are not too big and should pass naturally. recommended meftal spas if pain occurs.. I would like to know about how much time will it take for stones to pass... and if pain occurs is there any other more potent painkiller ?

Thanks for passing in HCM.
The ultrasound report says that you have kidney stones. Since they are small, it would easily pass through urine as the doctor has rightly advised. Also what drug has been advised is also right, which you need to take if you get pain.
You need to drink good quantity of water and fluids like tender coconut and citrus fruit juices to flush out these stones through urine.
