What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Uterus normal shows a live intrauterine foetus within a rounded gestation SAC with CRL measuring 6.6 mm corresponding 6 wk. Cardiac activity present. Cervical length 36 mm and internal os is closed. Both adnexae clear. No SOL seen. no free fluid seen in POD. Pls interperate this report
