Your husband's findings may suggests grade II fatty liver with enlarged liver, spleen and possibility of right renal parenchymal disease.
Liver may be enlarged due to fatty liver. Fatty changes in liver may be due to many causes like obesity, sedentary life, hepatitis, altered lipid profile, metabolic disorder etc. Spleen may be enlarged due to chronic malaria, typhoid, thalassemia etc.
It is good that blood pressure is controlled now. He should avoid fatty and fried food and go for brisk walk regularly. You may also need complete renal function test. He should take medicines regularly. This is a mangeable condition.
Get well soon. Take Care Dr.Indu Bhushan
