What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
I got an ultrasound done for my testis...doctor found varicocoele with 2.5-3 mm size of veins on both sides.... Did semen analysis .. My sperm count is lesser than 20 million and motility 10-15% sluggish ones 20%-30%...and shows some infections too ie 3-4 puss cells

according to WHO guidlines , your sperm count should be more than 15 million per ml. but your sper motility is very low . it should be more than 35%.
as you described that your doctor found vericocele, in my opinion you should go for a surgery for the same as vericocele is surgically treatable cause of infertlility
