I have a bulky uterus with endometrium of 40mm what us the likely cause. Im 53 have periods roughly every 23-25 days often few days very anaemic. Ferritin level 7 and had a recent prolonged heavy bleeding for 30 days. height 5ft 3 weight 9 1/2 stones. Awaiting appointment with consultant but very worried as have to wait a while and not sure if I should arrange another ultrasound meanwhile. abdomen is very uncomfortable increasing in size and trouble walking for long as feel very lighted and suffering from chronic fatigue for most of this year
