What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Due to upper right abdominal pain, have had an ultrasound showing prior cholecystectomy with mild prominence of the common bile duct measuring 8 mm in diameter without evidence of filling defect. Pancreas is unremarkable. Have a slightly elevated WBC for me at 6.5--usually mine is a low end of normal; Vit B12 is 1050; folate 20.8. Have developed gastreoparesis immediately following cholecystectomy that was done in April 2014. What may all of this imply?

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
