What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi doctor. My report is-UTERINE CAVITY: Fills and appears normal in outline. No filling defect seen. Both Fallopian Tube are well Filled up and normal. Left Peritoneal spillage is present. Impression :rt. Fimbrial block. Plz suggest what to do

Your report shows your one of the 2 tubes has a blocked end while rest of the report is absolutely normal. It means only one side is functional. Consult a gynaecologist for expert opinion but I think no intervention is required as far as you are asymptomatic due to the other patent tube. Thanks for asking.
