I have ovary measures like below Right = 26mm * 32 MM*41.3mm volume 18.4 cc Left 25.9 mm * 32 mm * 41.0 mm volume 18.0 cc showing multiple (10-15 mm) small (4-5mm ) peripherally arranged follicles with hypertrophied echogenic stroma. Do I need an operation or operation is not needed. It can be gone through medicine. My age is 34.
