The right and left kidneys measure 9.3 cm and 10.2 cm respectively. URINARY BLADDER: It is normal in capacity and contour. The wall is not thickened. No intraluminal calculus or mass is seen. Pre void urine volume is 254 cc. Post void residual urine volume is 35.7 cc. PROSTATE: It is enlarged in size measuring 4.6 x 5.6 x 5.0 cm, volume 70.1 cc. It shows a homogenous echotexture and smooth outline. He has PSA 2.7. Is surgery nedded for him?
