uterus appears bulky(7.0x8.7x9.8 cm, volume about 317cc) and retroverted in position. What is heterogeneously echogenic lesion(3.6x2.3 cm) in the submucosal region with extensive internal vascularity? Left ovary shows cystic lesion (4.5x3.2 cm) is seen in left ovary with internal echoes - likely hemorrhagic cyst.

but who have advised these test what was indication. never gofor any test without doctors advise consult gynechologist with report for examination and advise on treatment
