What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

An anteverted bulky non-gravid uterus seen with heterogeneous myometrial echogenicity measuring 95 x 73mm A large hypoechoic mass seen arising from the findus and extending to left adnexa, bulging the outline, indicative of a subseriesal myoma Conclusion: uterine leiomyoma, subserous type. Please can you explain what all these mean and what to do?

I really appreciate your concern, it is the absolute normal finding and it is nothing to worry at all still it can be correlate with the clinical condition for what it has been done, you have not given any clinical brief here hope this information helps.
