Hello dear Understand your concern According to ultrasound report, you have multiple ovarian cyst in both the ovary. Consult the gynecologist and go for reproductive hormone analysis to confirm the poly cystic ovarian disease. As cyst are less than 4 cm, gynecologist will give birth control pill or progesterone pill for 5-6 months. It should be taken under the advice of gynecologist and regular follow up by USG scan will be require. If cyst will not responds to medicine then it should be treated by surgery like ovarian dreeling or laproscopic surgery. Hope this may help you
