Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My scan report shows anteverted uterus 7.9× 5.1× 6.8 cm in size with homogenous myometrial echo texture. Endometrial thickness is 1.4 cm. Multiple nab it hi an cyst are seen in cervix. Both ovaries appear normal. No adnexal lesion seen.No free fluid seen in pelvis. Impression: Endometrial hyperplasia
Before starting medication dilatation and curretage from endometrium should be done and send it for a histopathology examination. The histopathology will help in rule out whether it is simple hyperplasia or complex endometrial hyperplasia.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician

The histopathology will help in rule out whether it is simple hyperplasia or complex endometrial hyperplasia. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
