General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You might need not to worry about nabothian cyst over cervix.

The endometrial hyperplasia is usually due to high estrogen.
For that progesterone containing pill can be prescribed.

Before starting medication dilatation and curretage from endometrium should be done and send it for a histopathology examination.
The histopathology will help in rule out whether it is simple hyperplasia or complex endometrial hyperplasia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
