What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
I m 38 week pregnant. Hemoglobin 9.0 gm%. My EDD is 25 Aug 2016. Baby weight is 3395 g . Placenta is anterior, grade 2. Fhr 158bpm. In coloured ultrasound cord loop is seen around neck with non visualisation in posterior part d/t fetal neck position. Is there anything serious or problematic. I want a normal delivery.

Hello,
There is a cord loop around the fetal neck which may interfere with the descent at the time of delivery. A caesarian section might be indicated to avoid fetal distress if it does not unfold.
