What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi Doctor, thanks for your kind help, My ultrasound report is showing right lobe measure 16.7 cm in total span and shows fatty parenchymal echotexture with regular marging. no focal abnormality or hematoma seen. Intra and extra hepatic biliary duct not dilated. Portal vein 10mm. CBD not dilated. spleenicindex is 60-- enlarged

This is fine,there is just slightly fatty liver and you should just avoid alcohol and watch your diet for a while and it will be fine.everything else is normal.
