What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I went for abdominopelvic USS test and it is written in my results as follows, ; the uterus is hypoplastic measuring 4.6*0.8cm (L *AP) dimension. the endometrial stripe was not visualized. the ovaries were not adequate visualized. the pounch of douglas is free.

Hello,

This report shows that you have a small uterus, undeveloped and ovaries are not seen at all. The endometrial lining or inner lining of the uterus is not seen at all. The space surrounding uterus is free from liquid.
