What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

U s g of lower abdomen uterus is anteverted and of normal size size about 60. 8 x31.5 x 29.0 mm.echotexture is homogenus contour is regular. endometrium is slightly thick,trilayered and Central. Thickness is 6.5 mm. Adnexae -bilateral ovaries are normal in size and volume showing small follicles size of dominant follicle is 13.6x14 mm seen in left ovary (12 day of cycle) POD-no free fluid no free fluid is seen in POD Please suggest me we are trying to conceive baby from 2-3months but not happening. What to do please help us

This means the uterine endometrium is thick and it cannot host the fetus hence you require to have a diatation and curettage to increase your chances of fertility and conceiving
