What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello doctor , In the Lab report of ULTRASOUND PELVIS - FEMALE , found that Bulky uterus with Fibroid . There is a fibroid measuring 4.5 x 4.5 cm noted in the uterine body and also Uterus is anteverted measures 12.2 x 5.9 x 6.8 cm . Please let us know is there anything serious or it can be treated in simpler way .
