EFW is the Estimated Fetal Weight (body weight of the baby). For 6 months pregnancy, 522 gm is average.

FHR is the fetal heart rate. 138 beat per minute is normal for the fetus.

Determination of the fetal sex (boy or girl) is done by visualization of the genital organs of the fetus by ultrasound. This may or may not be reported in routine ultrasound. Check the report again, if not reported, you may ask your sonographer.

Try to avoid stress and nervousness for the best of the fetus.

Best wishes for your upcoming baby.
