What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
My wife test reuslt(scan)..Bulky sized,non-gravid anterverted uterus noted measuring 89mm*66mm*57mwith non-uniform myometrial echo-patternThe endometrium appears normal. There s a well defined hypo echoic mass seen within the uterine cavity at the fundal segment measuring about 36mm*33mm(intamural)........Pls.Doctor- I need your understanding of this result and do we have chance as couple of still having a baby?.......what do we do now?.
