General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

There is fluid retention in kidneys. You have to do a renal function test to assess the functional status of kidneys. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
