Morning, my 14 yrs old son was admitted for suspected appendisitis. However ruled out as normal WC count. Diagnosed post ultrasound with moderate hydronephritis. No blood in urine, nil infection. Unable to tolerate large amounts of food, small amounts cause pain. Intense pressure in head on movement and poor co ordination on left side. D/c last nite from hospital. Should I persue any further or wait til follow up on monday
There is fluid retention in kidneys. You have to do a renal function test to assess the functional status of kidneys. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.
