What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello sir . I am 31 yrs old and my pregnancy is 30 weeks. My ultrasound report shows mega cisterns magna is 14mm. My doctor told me that it may affect baby s brain where as radiologist told everything is normal. Plz help. AFI IS 14.8. previous month cisterna magna was same and AFI is 17.1. Plz help doc
