What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an ultrasound, done of my kidneys today as I had problem in passing urine and pain in both kidney sides. The report Says Kidneys: few echognic foci of 2-3 mm are seen in both kidneys. no obvious mass lesion or hydronephrosis is seen. Rt. Kidney - 108 X 38 mm Lt. Kidney - 102 X 51 mm Remarks: Exessive Bowel Gases are present Impression: BILATERAL RENAL MICROLITHIASIS

As per your history is concerned you have small stones less than 3 mm in diameter ,so take precautions from now and it will come out in urine.Thanks
