What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

sir i am 28 years old women . In my scaning report for abdomen and pelvis right ovary appears normal in size and my left ovary appears enlarged ie.36x25mm both ovareies show multiple follicles(size 6 - 8 mm)arranged peripherally with hyperechoic stroma. impression is polycystic ovaries. sir please reply me soon

hello, I think your question is you have polycystic ovarian syndrome or not, to diagnose it only one ultrasound is not sufficient, so you shouldn't be much worry about it, but by combination of some symptoms, some blood investigations, and ultrasound as well, I hope I have answered your point
