No endemetrial collection is seen. Cervix few small cysts ADNEXA- right overaies normal in shape size & echotexure of age of patient. Right ovary measures 32*16*12mm with volume of 5.6cc Left ovary shows a cyst meas31*18mm. No solid component/ septa seen No free fluid in cul-de-sac Colour doppler: No abnormal vascularity seen in uterus and adonexa Impression: Bulky uterus with fundal fibroid with prominent endometrial thickness. Mild cronic cervicitis small left ovarian cyst follicular The next day I underwent a D&C and the tissues were sent for examination: the reports said: benign cystic hyperplasia endometrium. I was given trenaxa mf and cosklet for reducing flow. And after 16 days of period took duphastone 10mg for 5 days for three months. This is the fourth month .. first time I had periods after 40 days and it began with spotting for 4 days and now its already additional 6 days of heavy periods.
