Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Harshita's Response
Hello,
For fundal fibroid surgery is the choice of treatment. For ovarian cyst you can go for PCO drilling but as that is small so it can go away with medicine also. For heavy flow take tab Tranexa 2 times a day for 5 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
