What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

hi i am 35 yrs old, married for 3 yrs. My husband and i cant wait to have baby. I been to ob and found out that there is a heterogenous hypoechoeic mass at posterior upper(intramural) measuring 6.54x8.55mm. Anteverted uterus with small suggestive of intramural myoma. Proliferative phase endometrium with echogenic masses suggestive of endometrial polyps versus focal endometrial hyperplasia. I feel so sad about this.. i dont even know if i still have a chance to conceive...pls help. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

In fibroid uterus conception can be difficult but not always impossible...

For endometrial hyperplasia you can prescribed progesterone containing pill..

Polyp can be removed surgically by local minimal Invasive surgery...

For fibroid laproscopic removal can be done

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination and accordingly decide your treatment plan
