Fibroids are benign(non cancerous) tumors seen among middle aged females. You don t need to worry regarding this because they are non cancerous and highly effective treatment is available. The size of your fiboids are moderate,some of them are calcified (calcium deposition over the fibroid). The endometrial thickness (wall thickness of your uterus) is normal so chances of uterine cancer is very less. All other findings are perfectly normal, your ovaries and urinary bladder loos normal and no features suggest any ovarian cyst or tumors.
