Right fallopian tube is visualised with minimal peritoneal spill seen on right side .Left fallopian tube is visualised with minimal peritoneal spill seen on left side.Minimal spillage of contrast noted on both sides.What does this information of HSG denote?

Peritoneal spill is the best possible outcome for a hysterosalpingogram and it indicates that your Fallopian tubes are perfectly normal.
It means that when the dye was injected into the uterus, it passed through one or both fallopian tubes and spilled into the pelvic cavity, demonstrating that the tubes are patent (open). Bilateral peritoneal spill means both tubes were open.
