hi there is some increased uterine wall thickness that should be correlated with clinical complains and clinical examination findings. e.g.what are your mother's clinical complains?is their bleeding or discharge per vaginum? any family history of uterine disorder?
if there are no clinical complains and no positive findings on examinations, there is nothing to worry. just regular monitoring is required.
