What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, I am 34 years old my only child is 12 years old I am trying to conceive with no luck for more than 10 years now.my pelvic ultrasound results are as follows: Uterus homogeneous, normal size mecssiy 14×5×4 cm, endometrium 0,8 cm no masses noted , left ovary 3.27×1,6cm and left ovary 2,78×2,52 cm no free fluid What does this mean?

It seems a normal Ultrasound. You have to meet a gynecologist and do some other tests, because just a normal ultrasound cannot decide if you can be able to concieve. And the male partner has to do some tests too.
