What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hi, i just want to know what does my ultrasound report means.Retroverted uterus 5.4×4.4x4.5 cm. Showing coarsened echopattern. No focal mass seen.Endometrial stripe 0.9cm is slightly thickened. No gestational sac seen. Tiny anechoic foci are seen in the cervix.Right ovary measures 2.6x1.2 cm while the left ovary measures 3.1x2.1 cm. There is an echogenic focus in the right adnexa, medial to the right ovary which measures 4.0x2.7cm. Septated fluid collection is noted in the cul-de-sac. Is this normal after a 4 weeks miscarriage?

as per ur usg ,
u are having retroverted uterus which mean ur uterus angled posteriorly.
so it can be the reason of misscarriage.
2nd thing which hv to be clear that echo genic focus on rt adnexia near rt ovary ,
repeat usg after 15days. and if again that focus found then consult with gyaenicologist.
