Hi. .am 34..facing irregular prolonged heavy menstruation for more than 17 days..ultrasound showed bulky uterus and thickened endometrium measuring 11mm..myometrium echoes are homogeneus..no significant mass or cyst .in ovaries..parametric are free...what does it mean

It only shows thickened endometrium, which can be treated by a small procedure Dilatation and Curretage. Everything else appears normal from this report
