hello, my sister just had a HSG and her reports tell UTERUS-opacified uterine cavity appears normal Decreased caliber in the lower part of uterus No e/o sol/anamoly Streaky opacity seen adjacent to left side of uterus in lower aspect RT FALLOPIAN TUBE AND LEFT FALLOPIAN TUBE-right and left fallopian tubes are not opacified and no obvious contrast spillage on both sides-possible-tubal block/spasm Is every thing is ok?

sorry to say there is some problem ..she is having blockage of her fallopian tube..she may have had some infection in past which caused this ...now she must see a gynaec and gynaec will consider to see that whether that infection is still persistent...and your sister will have to undergo tuboplasty means her tubes have to be opened if she wants to be pregnant in natural way ..
