What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
in my sonograpy report shows the following result : right ovary volume is 11 cc and left 18 cc, Both ovaries are bulky in size with peripherilly arranged small follicles with echogenic stroma. left kidney shows calculi of sizes 13 mm and 10mm in lower pole calyx. is it serious health issue

mam ..if you are not having any menstrual symptom as excessively menstrual bleeding or changed menstrual history or deep pelvic pain while on sex or without sex ...then ignore ovary finding...but if you have symptoms then see doctor she May order some tests ...now your kidneys are showing stones ...these should be treated ...as if left untreated these will cause repeated urinary infections or may slip down in ureter to cause complications...
