What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Hello..I went to clinic yesterday for ultrasound to check how many weeks my baby in my womb but the doctor told me that no gestational sac in my womb..how it does happen? my serum blood test is positive.. The result of my sonography pelvis: Uterus is anteverted, measures 55x46x70mm and shows homogeneous myometrial echoes. No focal lesions arr noted in the uterus, the endometrial thickness mesures 11mm. Minimal free fluid in pouch of douglas. Thank you so much and more power.

Hi, it may be a missed abortion. no gestational Dav indicates no foetus formation. Fluid in Dav indicates some inflammation around. the positive blood test May regress and become negative shortly. you meet gynaecologist. she clarified. Take care
